This self assessment gives you a chance to reflect on your own everyday behaviours across six areas: vision, drive and learning; communication; responsiveness; fairness; involvement; and support and recognition.
There are no scores and no right answers. The point is to notice one or two things you already do well, and one behaviour worth strengthening. As you work through it, think about what you actually do rather than what you intend to do.
